Conner Caring Mindz of Psychiatry LLC

Latrica Conner is a board certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. She completed her undergraduate degree at Raritan Valley Community College and Chamberlain College of Nursing. Latrica completed her master’s degree in nursing at St. Francis Medical Center College of Nursing specializing in their psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner program. Latrica holds a license to practice in the states of New Jersey and New York.

Latrica has over 20 years experience working in the mental health field. Her background included working on psychiatric inpatient hospital, psychiatric outpatient partial hospitalization and intensive outpatient programs, providing case management services, and community mobile outreach team to the severe and persistently mentally ill population.

Latrica has experience providing care to patients that experience various mental health diagnoses such as depression, anxiety, attention deficit hyperactive disorder, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, autism spectrum disorder, post traumatic stress disorder, dissociative identity disorder, substance use disorder, and dual diagnosed patients that suffer from both mental illness and substance use disorders, as well as various other mental health and substance use diagnoses. Experience in medication assisted treatment for opioid and alcohol use disorders.

Latrica is also an attention deficit hyperactivity disorder certified clinical specialist provider. Her treatment approach is an evidence based patient centered holistic approach that focuses on the needs of each patient individually.
